The chicken feeder

We have been gone a while, and I apologize. There have been no projects, except organizing and re-organizing the stuff from my Father-in-law's home. But, I digress.....
The other day we discovered, thanks to a word from a new friend, a delightful import shop that has quite a warehouse that mostly sells to the trade, but will happily sell to the public at the same cost!
The first day, I went with Hubby, who actually enjoyed himself (really) and found a table he would love to have; but alas, it was too long.... On that day, I bought two grainsacks at a fantastic price. And although they are not from France, are the real used deal. So, I took them home and washed them. Beautiful!
Then, my other friend and I went (I had to share this "toy store" with her). She had as much fun as I did! She bought a grainsack (just one!) and I found an old, old chicken feeder!
After our long day of treasure hunting, she went home to wash her grainsack and I washed the chicken feeder. Hubby, looked at my "score" a bit skeptically, but knew I would do something.....
Yup, I did. I had a vision in my head when I bought it....and well, here it is......
Shown on one of the grainsacks from my first trip to this little warehouse, is my 3 foot long chicken feeder. I filled it with "mood" moss and votives. I added a few little acorn and vine mini wreaths, and voila! A touch of country centerpiece!

Isn't that moss delightful? Calms the spirit and lets it rest...
Anyway, have a great day!
